We monitor our systems 24/7. If you have an urgent question/problem, please check our current service notices and email us at It will be reviewed, triaged and assigned for fastest possible response.

Our normal response time for non-urgent issues is up to 1 business day.


Due to the current spike in inquiries, we are currently triaging all telephone support requests via email.

Please accept my personal apologies for this temporary measure. We have added three new people to our customer service team in September and are training them as quickly as we can. We plan to resume our regular telephone support process by the end of October.
