Terms & Conditions for Affiliate Program

General Terms

Terms and Conditions: The term of all Special Terms outlined will begin upon WildApricot’s acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either the affiliate or the WildApricot team may terminate this Agreement at any time. All affiliates have already accepted binding terms with Partnerstack (i.e., the platform on which the WildApricot affiliate program runs), and the following terms are specific to the engagement as an affiliate with the brand, WildApricot. Promotional Methods Spyware, adware, parasiteware, and cookie stuffing are not permitted. If your website offers a toolbar or browser extension we request for WildApricot to be disabled from this software. Any use of Toolbar promotions without the opportunity to opt out will result in commission being reduced to 1%. Promotions/Coupons Affiliates may only display and receive credit for offers provided through the affiliate program. Unauthorized coupon use will result in commission deduction and potential removal from the program. FTC Rules for Social Media – before every review or any ad post with an affiliate link, it must have #ad prior to the post if it includes a direct link to the merchant. You do not have to disclose if social media posts are only directed to your blog post. For any posts which have an affiliate link included and you have received a free product or you are endorsing a product you must disclose before the review a brief disclosure stating that you received the product in return for an honest product review and the post includes an affiliate link. Breach of these terms will lead to immediate termination from WildApricot’s affiliate program.

Trademark Bidding Terms

Affiliate cannot use the WildApricot, wildapricot.com, personifycorp.com or the Personify logo in connection with keyword-triggered advertisements, including keyword, adcopy, display URL, destination URL and content networks and associated networks. Brand keywords include WildApricot, Personify, and wildapricot.com. Affiliate cannot use keywords associated with WildApricot or associated trademarks and various misspellings, including, but not limited to, WildApricot, Wld Apricot, Wild Aprioct, wildapricot.com, Personify, Personfy, etc. We request that the major search engines including, without limitation, Google, MSN and Yahoo designate WildApricot and Wildapricot.com as a “negative broad match keyword”. Traffic generated by search engine ads from affiliates must land on the affiliate website, not any web property of WildApricot (such as www.wildapricot.com).

Affiliates should also adhere to the following search guidelines:

  • Affiliates may NOT bid on the WildApricot or wildapricot.com trademark plus modifiers without prior written consent from the WildApricot Affiliate Program Manager.
  • Affiliates may only bid on SEM terms within the geographical region(s) authorized by the WildApricot Affiliate Program Manager.
  • Affiliates shall NOT bid on trademarked terms or misspellings available through websites, search engines or other directory or referral services (e.g., Google, Yahoo, MSN).
  • Such promotional tactics will result in automatic reversal of commissions and immediate dismissal from the WildApricot Affiliate Program.
  • Affiliates will NOT apply to register any domain name or trademark incorporating the WildApricot brand (or any part of it including misspellings as outlined in the Protected SEM Bidding Keywords section of the Search Engine Marketing Policy).
  • Affiliates may NOT use corporate-owned domains and URLS (e.g. www.wildapricot.com).
  • Affiliates will not attempt to mask or redirect links/URLS to gain additional sales.
  • Affiliates may NOT use ad copy that represents an ad as an official corporate ad or website.
  • Affiliates may NOT use ad copy that misrepresents the offers available or misleads the customer in any way from the offers authorized by WildApricot for the affiliate to use.
  • Affiliates will not send dedicated email blasts to affiliate contact lists unless affiliates receive prior permission from the WildApricot Affiliate Program Manager.
  • We do not allow the use of any PopUnder, PopOver, or SplashPage to be used as a result of traffic landing on any of our WildApricot Property Pages.

Affiliate Approval/Removal Terms

WildApricot does not work with the following affiliate types: Toolbar/browser extension, PPC/search Spyware, adware, parasiteware, and cookie stuffing are not permitted. Once WildApricot has approved an affiliate to the program, all terms & conditions and special terms must be adhered to. Failure to do so will result in loss of commission and/or removal from the program. If your website offers a toolbar or browser extension we request for WildApricot to be disabled from this software. Any use of Toolbar promotions without the opportunity to opt out will result in commission being reduced to 1%.

The general program terms will be based on partner type:

  • Content Partners – $1-$3 per qualified lead & 10%-15% commission on referred paid subscriptions for two years.
  • Technical Partners – $1 per qualified lead & 5% commission on referred paid subscriptions for two years.
  • Employee Benefit Partners – $1 per qualified lead & 12% commission on referred paid subscriptions for two years.
  • Loyalty & Cashback Partners – $1 per qualified lead & 10% commission on referred paid subscriptions for two years.
  • Subnetwork Partners – $1 per qualified lead & 10% commission on referred paid subscriptions for two years.
  • Coupon/Deal Partners – $1 per qualified lead & 5% commission on referred paid subscriptions for two years.
  • Social Media Partners – $1-$3 per qualified lead & 10%-15% commission on referred paid subscriptions for two years.
  • PartnerStack Marketplace Partners – $1 per qualified lead & commission rate for two year period will be determined based on partner type after program approval.
