Leading Member Engagement from the Outside In

Presented by Anna Caraveli, and Elizabeth Weaver Engel

Thursday, February 25, 2016

Associations have always been “about” engagement...the thing is, most of us aren’t really doing it well. Could that be because we’ve been thinking about engagement all wrong?

In this free one hour webinar, Anna and Elizabeth speak about radically shifting our understanding of member engagement.

 Key Takeaways:
  • Re-define engagement as a value-generating partnership that leads to success
  • Re-focus engagement efforts on what matters most to your stakeholders and advancing the association's goals
  • Shift your perspective on engagement to understanding its role at the heart of your business strategy
