Our Response to COVID-19

At Wild Apricot and our parent company, Personify, we care deeply about our clients, our staff and our communities. The recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has impacted not only our teams but the health and well-being of individuals and communities around the world.

As we continue to grapple with this escalating health crisis, we want to assure you that we recognize the critical role that Personify and our solutions play in your business. We are taking proactive measures to ensure business continuity with your services, teams, and ultimately your constituents during this unprecedented time.

Personify has assembled an executive-level task force that is monitoring the situation daily. In addition to the disaster recovery and redundancy plans, flexible work from home policy, and 100% cloud-based infrastructure and systems that we already have in place, we have enacted the following company-wide measures to ensure uninterrupted service for our clients.

Software Readiness

  • Personify has the ability to operate, manage, and monitor all aspects of our hosted solutions and data center operations remotely.
  • Our operational staff is dispersed geographically in five different countries and time zones where the sun never sets on our network operations team.
  • We have multiple layers of redundancy in our infrastructure and in our operations of the production environments. Currently there is no impact.
  • Because of our readiness preparations in conjunction with our levels of redundancy and dispersion, we do not anticipate any impact and are prepared for all levels of disaster readiness.

Customer Support Teams

  • We have enabled our Customer Support teams to work remotely so that our customers can continue to access support effectively.
  • Continue to reach our support teams through your usual methods of email, phone, and chat.

Global Offices

  • In all our offices around the world, we are asking team members to work remotely if their job allows.
  • For those whose jobs require them to be onsite, we have instituted policies and practices following guidance from the CDC and local public health authorities.
  • We've encouraged employees to maintain social distancing and do what is necessary to ensure the health and well-being of themselves and their families.
  • We restricted non-essential business travel.
  • We're providing sick time for all our employees globally to ensure they don’t have to choose between their health and taking care of their families.
  • We've procured the necessary technology and systems access for employees to work remotely and continue to do their jobs.

PersoniFest is 100% virtual

  • While we are disappointed that we will not be together in person with our community this year, we have hosted the event as an online experience. The event included the same great content that we had planned to deliver in person, including sessions that are available for CAE, CEM and CPE credits. Click here to learn more

At Personify, our goal is to help you manage and engage your constituents. We do that by providing access to world-class technology and service solutions, as well as social connection with a community of others. Now more than ever, as we turn our focus to the health and well-being of loved ones, know that you can rely on the Personify suite of solutions and teams.

We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves, follow guidelines set by local and federal agencies, and keep you informed should conditions change.

Thank you for your trust and loyalty. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at support@wildapricot.com.
