Have you ever wondered how your membership organization is growing compared to other organizations? How about whether you’re doing the right things to maximize revenue?

We’re currently running a survey on How Organizations Grow Membership & Revenue in order to build a free report to share with the community. This research will reveal the benchmarks and best practices, and you'll learn how other organizations like yours are managing to grow.

Curious what we’ll find? So were we, so we did a little analysis on the data we’ve received from the 400+ participants in the study so far. Click here to learn the 3 most surprising trends we’ve found.

P.S. If you haven’t taken the survey already, please spare 5 minutes to participate. Adding your voice to the discussion is one of the best things you can do to help us all get better at serving our members— and if that’s not enough, by responding you’ll get the chance to win 1 of 5 $100 Amazon Gift Cards. Click here to fill in the survey.

Update from the Support Team

With the 7.8 release earlier this month came changes to the layout of Wild Apricot’s admin view. There were a few issues that have since been fixed, particularly with the Help Center options not appearing for certain users and the email editor not appearing properly on Safari.

As part of the fix to the Help Center issue, we’ve moved the Account and Help Center menus from the bottom left corner to just under the Website option.

Help and support option new nav

The Help & Support option displays the help panel, which includes an option to submit a support request.

Support request help articles new nav

Before you submit your support request, related help topics will be displayed that might address your issue without waiting for a reply from our support department.

Help center suggestions and ticket new nav

As a reminder, the minimum required screen resolution for admin view is 1280 pixels in width. Using lower resolutions or zooming in at the minimum resolution may affect usability, whether you are using a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet.

Meet the Team

Ranojoy Ghosh, Director of User Onboarding

Rano with a snakeHi, Coach Rano here! I just celebrated my 4-year anniversary with Wild Apricot, and over the years I’ve spoken with a lot of you personally. I’ve learned a lot from all those conversations and now I spend most of my time coming up with the best ways to share that knowledge.

To help you navigate this ever-changing world, we try to make incremental adjustments for the better. We understand that it can be difficult to put new learning into practice! My advice for you is to take it one step at a time - with each step, it will get easier. The stories we hear from you all are a source of inspiration, so please keep sharing them.

We’re constantly sharing best practices, tools, tips and tricks that we come across during our journey. So, no matter if you’re a Wild Apricot veteran, just getting started or have yet to start using WA, we have something for you to learn and ways you can get more efficient.

This is going to be an awesome year. As always, we try to make your experience as smooth as possible, and all along the way we will count on your feedback. Thank you for letting us be a part of your growth!
