Grow your skill set with the CAE and Expert Webinars!

Want to keep growing your organization?

Of course you do! But here’s a new thought: start with you.

Invest in developing your professional skill set.

Why? Think of it like this.

With improved skills in association management practices (like strategic management, leadership, and business planning) you’ll be able to make faster, smarter decisions. With faster and smarter decisions, your organization will become more efficient. A more efficient organization has more potential to grow.

So, how can you improve your skills?

Begin the Certified Association Executive (CAE) program.

Many Wild Apricot Association Administrators are working towards or maintaining their CAE, are you?

The CAE program will challenge you to improve your skills in 159 essential association management practices, such as Strategic Management (not to mention you’ll see an instant boost to your career potential). You’ll also gain the opportunity to network with thousands of other industry leaders in the association sector.

In Strategic Management for example, you’ll be challenged to identify and make strategic partnerships, implement performance metrics, create leadership succession plans, and analyze stakeholder feedback.

It may feel like you're too busy to invest in yourself, but all it takes is 1 hour at a time and before you know it, you'll be a certified CAE.

You can start today, by signing up to one of our Expert Webinars.

Why? Because CAEs have to complete workshops by approved partners and guess what? We’re approved CAE partners!

We are pleased to be a CAE provider and happy to say that all of our expert webinars are eligible for CAE credits. This is an excellent way to stay on top of your game by gaining insights from the experts, plus you’ll be working towards your CAE designation.

If you’re serious about your career in the Association Sector, you should definitely consider becoming a CAE.

Become a CAE in 3 steps

  1. Meet all eligibility requirements, including 100 hours of qualifying professional development (this is where our free Expert Webinars come into play)
  2. Pass the CAE exam
  3. Fulfill renewal requirements every 3 years
The CAE is designated by the ASAE (The American Society of Association Executives), which is the premier source of learning, knowledge and research for the association profession.

You can find the full CAE program outline here.

What are you waiting for? Become a CAE today! And don’t forget to sign up for an Expert Webinar!
