Back in July, we published a post about Online Surveys – Tips and Tools. And since we had a lot of interest in that post, we thought we’d follow it up with a more in-depth article for those who were just Getting Started With Online Surveys.

This new article, now available in Wild Apricot’s Membership Knowledge Hub, explains why you should consider online instead of offline, and what kind of response rates you can expect. It also offers some tips on how to get started with online surveys including:

  • Setting objectives
  • Identifying the right online survey tool
  • Crafting effective surveys - by taking advantage of the right timing, content, promotion, etc.

The article also offers some additional resources to help get you started.

So if your summertime planning includes developing an online survey or refreshing an existing one, you might want to take a look at our new article – Getting Started With Online Surveys.
