Apricot Chat: Using YouTube For Wild Apricot Support

Lori Halley 25 August 2011 0 comments

At Wild Apricot, we try to help out our users as much as possible by providing information and support in a variety of formats. We offer online help documentation, a support portal, and discussion forums so that our community of users can  interact with one another.

Our support team also regularly prepares videos to further assist in explaining some of the most common questions asked by Wild Apricot users, which we upload to our YouTube channel!

Here are some examples of our YouTube Help videos:

Wild Apricot Membership Software 15 Minute Overview

As an alternative to our one-hour Software Overview webinars,  this quick 15-minute introduction to our software shows at a glance the main features of our website builder, membership directory, contact database, e-mail blasts & newsletters, membership database, online membership applications, event management, finances, and other features. (14:36)

How to Create and Manage "Bundled Members" With Wild Apricot Membership Software

"Bundled Members" are best used for corporate or family memberships. They are designed for memberships that require groups of members of up to 25 people.  Join Jim, the Fluid Apricot, as he explains what a bundled membership level is, and how you can make it work for you. (4:57)

Processing Event Registrations in Wild Apricot

This video shows how administrators can process and manage event registrations in Wild Apricot. Denys, the Helpful Apricot, takes you step-by-step through some of the key components of the events module. (8:54)

Wild Apricot Custom Domain Name Setup

While new Wild Apricot users are automatically given a domain name, many of our clients want to know how to customize it to their own domain (for example:  www.MyAssociation.com).  This video by our Helpful Apricot, Denys, dives into the requirements and technical aspects of how to achieve this frequently asked for customization.
