Wild Apricot Version 4.2 Has Arrived

After a slight technical delay (for which we do apologize!) Wild Apricot 4.2 was launched this morning. Like all of our updates, this one happens "auto-magically" so you don’t have to do anything to take advantage of the new and improved features, including:

Quickbooks integration (BETA)

Export financial transactions to the Quickbooks IIF format

Sent email log

View details of emails sent to a specific contact for email blasts and automatic system emails

Event announcements for contacts

Send automated event announcement to mailing list members and other contacts

Organization contact records

Store records with Organization field as the key, without First and Last name

Merge duplicate records

Consolidate multiple contact records into one

Time zone and time/date format

Set your time zone and preferred time/date format

Don't forget the new CMS architecture - even though it's not something end users will notice (yet), it opens up totally new capabilities for web designers
