Update from the Support Team

Downgrading to a free plan

Downgrading to a free plan is always an option if your organization is experiencing financial challenges. You won't lose any of your existing contacts or files, even if your account exceeds the new, lower limits, and you can, at any time, upgrade back to a paid plan. However, since several product features are excluded from the free plan, downgrading from a paid plan can have some impacts.

For example, once over the 50-contact limit for a free plan, no new contacts can be added even as new members, event registrants, or donors. Emails are also limited to 50 recipients, so emails sent to a larger number will be randomly pared down to 50. As well, online payments will no longer be accepted.

Meet the Team

Alexandra Morgan, Marketing Programs Manager

Allie Morgan Hello everyone, I’m Alexandra. I’m a new recruit here at WildApricot and have just completed four months with this wonderful team. As Marketing Programs Manager, I spend most of my time sourcing experts all over the nonprofit sector for collaborative projects. These connections allow us to honor our promise of providing our customers with thought provoking, educational content that can help your organizations thrive in all climates. I also helped take PersoniFest, our annual user conference, virtual this year. From webinars and podcasts to virtual events, WildApricot has been keeping me very busy these last few months.

I’m originally from Manchester, UK and have lived and worked all over the world, from NYC to Saudi Arabia. When I'm not working, I’m usually traveling but as that has been put on hold until 2021 (hopefully) I have found myself writing more and more, from political opinion articles to short stories about my adventures.
