This was one of the most asked-for features on our Wishlist forum, and we’re happy to see many of you have already started using it — from internal elections, to event ideas, and more.
Now, you can ask questions and run surveys with your members, track their responses, and manage who can vote, all from your WildApricot admin account.

Two New Event Enhancements
In the version 6.4 and 6.5 releases of WildApricot that took place earlier this month, we introduced two new enhancements to Events.
Enhancement One: Limits on Guest Registrations
You can now set a limit on the number of guests that each registrant can bring. You can also set the limit separately for each registration type.
Enhancement Two: Duplicate Registration Types
You can now duplicate an existing registration type, so that you can easily set up the same type of registration for your next event. To duplicate a registration type, click the Duplicate button (displayed below) while displaying the registration type details.
The new duplicate registration type will automatically be loaded, with its status set to disabled. The word (copy) will also be added to the name of the new registration type to distinguish it from the original one.
You can then click the Edit button and make the necessary changes to the new registration type.
The Help Icon Is Back Home Again
You may notice a new help icon in the top right of your Admin view. Clicking this icon brings up the new in-product help panel from the right hand side of the screen.
This change isn’t entirely new. The help icon used to be in the same place, but for the past few months it appeared in a tab that appeared on the right side of the screen. The reason we changed it back was due to your feedback. We heard some concerns about the help tab taking up too much space, especially for those with zoomed-in browsers.
Now, if you’d like to access our in-product help, simply click the blue icon.
And remember, you can open any Help topic in the Help Center by clicking the icon to the right of the topic title.

Restrict Use of 100% Membership Discounts
You can now restrict the number of times a 100% discount coupon can be used for membership fees. Discount coupons set to 100% now count towards the total allowed number of uses.
