The Tech Effect: Discover the Simple Solution that 1000s of Organizations Are Using to Grow Membership In Today’s World

In this webinar, we covered the story of Ray, who became the Executive Director of a Sports Massage Association.

  3. Personalization: We now expect a higher level of personalization from the organizations we deal with. We want to be on a first name basis with the organizations we belong to. We want them to tailor our experience based on our individual interests. 
  4. Online Payments: We are paying for things online and many of us don’t bother completing the steps of a transaction if we’re asked to do something offline, like download a form or write a check.
