He received his Ph.D. from Syracuse University in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation and continued his studies in organizational learning and development. He is also the author of "Leading Great Meetings: How to Structure Yours for Success". 

In this webinar, Dr. Lent goes into greater detail on how to structure your board meetings. You will learn how to:
