When I am logged in as a member and select 'upgrade my membership' on my profile it shows the hidden member levels.  Though they are greyed out and are not able to be selected I may not neccessarily want all members to know that some membership levels are free or discounted.  Is this a bug or am I just not aware of how ...

Sorry Mike I misunderstood you. I thought you are upgrading from a free account but you are actually changing account plan on a paid account and we do not currently have a self-service function for that. We will change it for you by tomorrow morning.

We were upgrading the system the night of Thursday to Friday, maybe you happened to access it during the upgrade window (~20 min). The system has been successfully upgraded and we have checked your system, everything seems to work fine. Please recheck and let us know ASAP if you have problems with any particular function. There is no auto-upgrade yet but actually you will get plenty of warnings before new members would be locked out from applying (no hard stop!).
