    Go to that record, click 'Edit' button, change status from Pending-New to Active.

    There is no special report now for that since this depends on your setup: - which membership levels are free and which are paid - do you auto-approve new members or they go through a manual approval. (They stay in Pending - New if the payment has not been completed) - how is you renewal workflow is setup (what do you do with overdue members - ...

    I think this would be the best way to do it: 1) Create two member levels: free and paid (you probably already did) 2) Assign all your members to first free level, set status = Active Now they will be able to login and upgrade to paid.     Active - is the most common, 'normal' state. Lapsed members can not login to view members-only content but can login and renew via their profile. Pending New/Upgrade/Renewal  means that the application has been submitted but payment process was not fully completed (either payments is by check or online payment was started but did not ...
