  • Re: events confirmation

This is one that I have raised before and it's something that I and Tina have dicussed. It might be low on you priority list but it's high on ours. Tina is the one that gets the emails but I am the one organising the events. It is a nuisance to her to have to process emails which should be coming to me. The situation to me is pretty illogical to ...

  • Zero Cost says Free

I have an event that attendees can choose multiple items rather than just one entry type fee.  So I've set it up as having no base price with additional cost entry.  This works really slick. But because there is no initial cost, it says that it is free.  It seems a little misleading to say free, although logically I understand ...

  • Re: Manually Add Registrations to an event?

For members you can go into their profile, 'Events' link and register them from there. For non-members - right now the only way to do this is by filling out the online form on their behalf. We know this is not convenient and we do plan to change this is the next few months.

  • Re: Incomplete PayPal processing

Yes, PayPal downtime is extremely rare. 1. Will make a note to change it (we have plans to redesign the registration process anyway) 2. We will investigate. You mean that macros are mixed up - {First name} insert last name? 3. We will investigate. Can you please send us their names to support email? 4. Right now the only way to look up ...

  • Re: Incomplete PayPal processing

Do you know what exactly were the problems they had on PayPal?  I wonder if PayPal is experiencing some glitches today. Non-member attendees will have to register again and you will gave two records - Pending and Confirmed, you can delete the Pending one. We have not heard from any other clients having this problem recently. This happens - ...

  • Re: Manual Event Attendee Additions (Public)

Liz,  We always appreciate questions and suggestions! That's the only way we can keep improving the system - no system is ever perfect. Re 1: There is no other way now to do it besides what you have figured out already yourself. I will add it to our list to analyze possible enhancements. Re 2: Same thing - you would have to log out, use ...

  • Re: dashboard question

Go to event details, Click on 'Attendees' - it will give you a list where you see only pending, only confirmed or all. Curious about 7 vs. 11 - which two spots on the dashboard do you mean? Dashboard shows next three events. For each event it shows confirmed, pending and total. Pending are the ones where online payment has not been completed (at ...
