To translate from tech-speak :-) When this donation was processed, PayPal sent a notification (response) back to the Wild Apricot site which had unexpected format - so the site could not properly process it. We are working on handling these situations better.

To be more precise: there is an automated confirmation email to Donors already in the system. However it is not customizable - this is on our list. In your case - can you provide a sample of how you would like it to look?
