It should not. As long as you see that your domain brings up your Wild Apricot site, everything is in order.

How long does it take for the support department to make the server entries for accounts upgrading to use their own domain?  Will you email me to tell me when the entries are done so the domain records can be updated?  Thanks, Jodi
