    Do you mean making paging of the member list using not page numbers but letters instead? What do you think if this would be made as an preference o displaying members directory (like sorting option now - when click Edit on members directory page)?

    1) When members apply online (using online membership application form) they specify password. 2) When administrator creates new member record manually, password is generated and sent to the member email 3) When you import members (from an Excel file) you can specify passwords Let us know if this helps or you have further questions.
