We do not yet have special functionality for email templates but here is a workaround you might find useful:
Steps to create a custom Wild Apricot e-mail template. 1. Go to members tab and do keyword search for your name (administrator's name) so you can send an email to yourself.
2. Click on [E-mail all members]3. In Subject line write ...

The 3 fields that you need to set are 'Automatic event reminders',
'Member e-Mails and e-Newsletters' and 'Subscribed to emails'. Set
these fields to either 'yes' or 'no' appropriately.

Current behavior:Wild Apricot can send up to 3 automatic event notices and 1 reminder to people who have already registered. This is one that I have raised before and it's something that I and Tina have dicussed. It might be low on you priority list but it's high on ours. Tina is the one that gets the emails but I am the one organising the events. It is a nuisance to her to have to process emails which should be coming to me. This is not really feasible to change. Emails are put into one large queue and it is impossible to predict/schedule when one particular email is sent out.

To send a message to your whole database use E-mail button on the Member list page.
