Billing and Refund Policy

1. Trial accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.
2. You can convert from your free trial period or from a free account to a regular paid account plan at any time.
3. Five days prior to the expiry of your free trial period, you will receive a reminder email. The same reminder will also appear when you log into your site on Wild Apricot.
4. If you do elect to convert to a regular paid account plan, you will be asked to process your first monthly payment and authorize the ongoing monthly payment. We will debit your card as of the effective date of your authorization, and each month thereafter. An invoice will be sent to your registered email address following each monthly charge applied to your credit card.
5. Alternatively, you can contact us to sign up for an annual subscription, which entitles you to 10% discount. We will issue an invoice and upgrade your account.
   
6. If you do not exercise your option to convert to a regular paid plan within your free trial period, your account will be automatically converted to a free account plan so that you can continue to evaluate our system. You will be able to upgrade from a free account plan to a paid one at any time.
7. You will receive email confirmation / invoice for each monthly charge. It is your responsibility to ensure that email is not filtered by your mailbox anti-spam software.
8. You may cancel at any time by providing us with email or telephone notification of your intent to discontinue. Cancellation will be processed no later than 1 business day after we receive your notification. There are no refunds for a period for which billing has already occurred.
9. If your account is in arrears, it will be downgraded to a free account plan.
10. All fees are quoted exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
