Wild Apricot is purchased as a hosted service with a monthly subscription fee as listed in the table below. You can also purchase an annual subscription with a 10% discount.

These are flat, all-inclusive fees for system access, regular upgrades and support. We do not charge setup fee, customization fees, training fee, or per-transaction fees. Credit card processing fees are handled directly between you and the payment processor (PayPal). Customers outside of Canada might incur additional Cross Border Assessment Fees by their credit card issuer. All Canadian customers are subject to GST.
Additional services can be sourced from third-party consultants, including our partners - at your discretion, such as:
