Wild Apricot is purchased as a hosted service with a monthly or annual subscription fee as listed. Annual subscription rates are based on the monthly rate with a 10% discount.

When you register for Wild Apricot, you will initially have a fully-functional trial account for 30 days. When you wish to upgrade to a paid account, you can do so by logging into your account and going to Settings, "Account and Billing" under Your Account.

If you do not upgrade to a paid account within 30 days, your account will be converted to a limited function, ad supported free account. You may continue to use the free account indefinitely, and you can upgrade at any time to remove the ads and increase the functionality of your account.
