Simplify Collections with Online Credit Card Payment:
Wild Apricot integrates your online registration with online credit card payment. After an event registration form is filled out and payment is received, they will immediately show up in your Attendee list.
Registration fee is calculated automatically from the selected ticket type, public vs. membership pricing, early registration eligibility and any options or special sessions they have selected.
Once the payment is completed, system will update their registration record and can send an automatic registration confirmation - and a notice to you.
Money goes directly into your own merchant account, we do not hold it or impose any surcharges.
Easily Track Payments for Each Registrant:
Wild Apricot provides you with an online always up-to-date list of people who registered. For each record you can see selected payment option (online or manual, e.g. by mailing you a check). Once you do get that check or collect a payment in some other way, you can update payment status for that registration with one click.
You can also make the system filter only completed payments, only pending payments - or both - and export the list into Excel with one click or email everyone with important last minute updates.
Get a Clear Picture of Your Event Income:
Event payment reports are built into Wild Apricot.
Select the date range and get a full picture of how people have registered with different registrations, what's the total event income, how much money is still due and so on.
Or run a payments report for several events and see a summary of income by month by event. Click on any number to see detailed transactions behind it.
