Recalibrate Your Association Membership Renewals

If your organization is rolling out a renewal program, or even if you're already in the midst of sending out renewals, you may want to take note of some of the findings of the Membership Marketing Benchmarking Survey produced by Marketing General Incorporate (MGI). The Survey found that in 2010, most of the associations who participated in the study reported "renewal rates between 80% and 90%. Renewal rates were even better for smaller associations (with fewer than 1000 members) with 90% or higher."  Read more...
