Member application process is fully automated:

- visitors go to your webpage with online application form you have customized

- they securely pay membership fee online with a credit card

- email confirmation is dispatched automatically (according to the template you have customized)

- administrator can receive an email notice - or instantly see new record in the online member database. 

For each member, Wild Apricot will automatically track the membership renewal date and send reminders. No need to track down each member yourself. Once a membership has expired, former members automatically lose privileges such as discounted event registration fees and access to member-only webpages.n
