    Membership levels

Tried to add a new membership level and for some reason I got a message that indicated that I had not entered enough information, however checked it many times and there just wasn't anything else I could change to remedy the situration. Is there a limit on the number of membership levels we can use?

    Re: Membership levels

I just checked it under Windows / Firefox  and everything was ok.

So it might by MacOS / Firefox issue. Can you please send us screenshot of what happening when you got the message? Or what message do you see?

We will check your site under MacOS but it will take some more time.

Yes this is a Mac issue. However I have managed to create 5 membership levels in the past, so this is something that has cropped up most recently. Mac OS 10.4.8 / Firefox 2.0.0.2

    Re: Membership levels

Can you please send us the values for the member level you are trying to create - so we can try to do it ourselves and see what happens?

    Re: Membership levels

    Here are the values:

Member Level Name: The Scotsman [Business Annual]

Renewal on: Anniversary of join date

    Membership fee: $200.00 (USD)

    Default event price: Free

    Member content access: Granted

    Include in member directory: Yes

    Can edit listing text: Yes

Just now I logged in using Safari 2.0.4 (tried Netscape 7.2 and it behaved the same as Firefox) and managed to set the membership level. If you want me to remove the new level I will so you can test it. Thanks.

    Cheers,
    Priscilla

    Re: Membership levels

OK, thanks. No need to delete it since you found a workaround but we will do some testing on our Mac/Firefix machines to investigate further.
