    how can I change that the imported members list allow email blasts? all members are automatically set to no member emails.

    The 3 fields that you need to set are 'Automatic event reminders', 'Member e-Mails and e-Newsletters' and 'Subscribed to emails'. Set these fields to either 'yes' or 'no' appropriately.
