Hm...

Default and custom never have any images. Default one shows the one from the selected theme (if any) and custom allows you to upload your own. If you want to see a selection of existing ones, you need to use 'All' option.

I have now tried to use the All option and still no joy. In the past i could see the different images avaliable in the All section, but now they have all dissappeared! I can scroll over where the image should be and a box indicates that the area selected, but there is no image to bee seen. Also I can choose a random highlighted area but when I click on apply nothing happens and I still have a blank white screen.

In addition to this I have uploaded a couple of my own images onto the system and they are not visible either. Again I scroll over where they should be and a box indicates that there should be something there but I cannot see an image. However the file name is at the bottom of the screen and changes between the different images that should be there as I mouse over them.

I have tried to upload more images and still no joy. They should be there and a remove button is available but still I cannot see the images.

Any help please!!!

How did you uploaded your images? I just quickly checked your account and I can only see one image (the one that you have in the header).
Could you try the following:
Try to logout from the account, clear browser cache (Internet Explorer  Ctrl + F5, Firefox Ctrl + Shift + Delete and select cache)
and then log back in.
Also, what browser do you use? Currently we support Internet Explorer 6.0 (and higher) on Windows and FireFox 1.5 (and higher) on Windows and Mac.

Are you talking about header images? They look just fine in our tests - see screenshot below. I suspect something is wrong with your browser. Try from another machine if possible.

Thank you both for your help. I have looked at the web site/page problem from another PC & the  images look fine just as you said, so I guess it must be a problem with my machine... Sorry!

Anyhow, I am still having the same problem when I am using:- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14

because I have also looked at the site from my PC using IE & it all looks fine with that browser.

Denys... I have tried Clearing the Cach as you suggest. It all appeared to work OK but I still cannot see the images using Firefox.

Have you got any other suggestions of how to make the images come back when I use firefox. I guess I could use IE all the time, But I would rather not if at all posible.

Hi Tony,

On our machines it works fine in Firefox too so it looks like this is something specific to your machine - nothing we can affect on our end.

The only suggestion I have is to run this function in FF: Tools/Clear private data
