    System dates

I have created an additional column in the member database that is not visible to the member but is used to save administrative data.  The data in this field is a date.

I can export the member file into Excel and move a date into this new column.  If I move a date like "20-Jun-2008" into this field and import the file, the next time I export the file the date is in format "2008-06-20T00:00:00.000".

I'd like to have the date returned to me in the same format as entered it.  How can I do that?

We were not able to reproduce this behavior so far.

    What's the field in question?

Also, what's the Excel version and operating system do you use?

Unfortunately, you cannot have the date returned in the same format as entered. The reason being is that it is not possible to create a database field with Date Type.
See "Adding new fields" section on the following page for the list of available field types: http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Customizing+your+member+database
