How can I put a short video clip on our web site? Do you provide such option?

You can not upload it directly but you can put it up on any popular video hosting site and then embed into your Wild Apricot webpage using HTML button on the tool-bar to copy-paste its code. Just like many bloggers embed videos from YouTube etc.
