Can you tell us a bit more - what was the problem with adding member manually? (And please tell us what OS/browser you use - we currently support Win/IE6 and IE7, FF, Mac/FF)
The import function does currently have some glitches under some browsers after we have added the customizable fields functionality end of last year. We are working on rewriting the import function right now. We would be happy to have your file imported for you if you email it to us.
Appreciate your feedback. There are quite a few organizations who do use the system day-to-day so if we can help you to overcome the initial hurdles we will be happy to do that and there a good chance it can work for you. Or feel free to come back and re-evaluate in a bit of time, the product is being enhanced and improved daily - we typically publish new releases two times a month.
