How do I add the following wording, (Email will be sent prior to renewal), to each of the 3 levels of membership on my page expandingu.memberlodge.com?  You don't allow access to that area on the WildApricot editor and there is no editing function on that Member Application page other than the 2000 word field.

You cannot edit application form other then 2000 word Description field.  You can always add any information to the Description field and it will appear on top of the application form.
