Support

I need some help here I just sent out a email to my 212 members I already have over 15 members who have stated that they can not post in the forums. This problem started with the last upgrade I have sent multiple supposrt tickets and you guys have tried to fix the problem but it is still happening. Who can help me get this resolved it is really affecting my business.

we are looking into this, we have not forgotten about it.

The problem is that we have not been able to reproduce the problem ourselves - in our tests it works just fine. So we are kind of flying blind. We made a guess and made some changes in code - but obviously it did not help. So we are investigating further.

Hello Todd,

as of this morning we have applied a patch to the system. Could you let us know if you still getting this problem.

...and if yes could you give us more information on:
- what is your full Internet Explorer version (you may find it out from About menu)?
- do you have JavaScript enabled?
- are you able to enter text into Body edit box?
- have you tried the same with Firefox browser?

hi I have the same issue. I can't post on my forum as a visitor, but i can add topic as an admin.

All the setting are correct. I try IE and Firefox. below is the info i saw:

"Message can not be created due to internal error. Please try again and contact support if this happens again"

Anyone has this issue? can you check it out?
