when I tried to add a subpage, both functional and content page, when I select Access "public", the " Location in menu" only allow me to select "After", not "Child of"; on the other hand, when I select Access "Restricted", the " Location in menu" only allow me to select" child of", not "After".

you can try in your end to see if it is a common issue.

We re-checked and everything seems to work fine.

Note: Availability of "After" and "Child of" options depends on selection in Pages list below. If you select "public" and select in the bottom drop down list another page (not Home page) then you will be allowed to select "Child of" option.

Yes, that works. I have to select the drop down list first :-)
