    Setting up a sub-domain

How would I set up our Wild Apricot services so they would be accessed as a SUB-domain. For example, what's now cpsquare.camp7.org I would ALSO like to be visible as admin.cpsquare.org. I had our main ISP set up a new subdomain entry pointing to IP 216.128.5.140 but that didn't work as intended (just sends me to the main site).

    Re: Setting up a sub-domain

    Hello,

As you probably already know, the sequence of setting up custom domain is described here: http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Custom+domain+setup

You forgot to perform step 1:
    1) Add custom domain via Domain management
and we did this for you.

Unfortunately right now name admin.cpsquare.org is not recognized as a known name so high probably it was not properly registered by your ISP.

You could always send us your access to the domain name configuration panel and we will take a look at the settings for you. You could send it to support@wildapricot.com
