You mean something like a listserv?

We will be releasing online discussion forum Oct 29. Then we will wait a bit to collect some feedback and then we plan to add email subscription functions to it (among other things) so we will prioritize it based on feedback we collect.

Roughly this means expected release sometime in Q1 2008. 

Has such an email/listserv facility been implemented? I can't see such features through the settings of the Forum page.

I hope you can provide this, as I have found individuals prefer to contribute to forum discussion by email (while it is good to have the archive available through the website).
 

This has been pushed back due to other requested enhancements.
We are now working on forum notifications by email and it will be released around end of June. (To get notified when someone posts to forum)
