    additional cost

    I was notified that we can not add "extra" on our online application. Such as a instant charge, or a copy of something.
    Like you have extra additions on the even forms. What I wondering was what type of time frame do you thin you will be adding this?
    I know its on your wishlist, but we have two associations they we really would love to have hosted here, but we would really like to add optional payment additions. Do you know of any other way
    we can do this.

    I guess we can simply make it another membership choice.??

    We do not have an exact time frame because our development schedule is firmed only a few weeks in advance and the reviewed and reprioritized every few weeks based on client feedback. Guesstimate is mid Q4 2007.

    If you only have a few extra items, you can create extra member levels, e.g.:

    'normal member level' $100

    'normal + option 1' $120

    'normal +option 2' $150

    etc.

    This is a cumbersome workaround but might work...

    Another possibility is to leave application form as is and use a pseudo-event with all those options for people to buy all that extra stuff in a separate transaction. Again, pretty cumbersome :-(

    We will make sure to review this in our next review cycle and push it up.
