    When I download the excel template from your site, all the field labels come through in a single cell in the spreadsheet.

    I assume they should be coming through as labels to individual columns so that can paste in the data from my existing membership list.

    Can you help me import my existing membership list?

    It sounds like you have an old Excel version. You need Excel 2003 or newer to open our export file.
