I am currently on your $ 25 monthly plan which limits 250 contacts. I already have 71 contacts on my website already. I am trying to downloand an old membership list that has 335 contacts. In my download, only 16 were down loaded without any errors.
Questions:
1. Is it because of my limit of 250 contacts, only 16 was downloaded without any error ? If this is the case, how can I upgrade to "Community" level ?
2. If it is not because of the limit, what could have happened only 16 out of 335 was downloaded ?
