    Registration email for new members

    I have an option to send an email with registration data to new applicants, but I cannot find any way to edit this email. It does not correspond to any of the 4 emails in the "Member Application Workflow and emails" section. I want to add information to the email that is sent out. Can you help, please?

    Can you please forward us a sample of this email and tell us what usually triggers it?

    Am I right in thinking that the four emails in the membership application workflow only work with online applications, and not with the manual 'add a member' routine?

    The activation email will be used if the member is added manually in Pending status - and then manually activated.

    But can this activation email be edited?

    Yes, it can. Click on view/customize.
