I'm running into a dilemma. Some of our association members will also be administrators and have access rights to change information on the back end. It will not allow this person to have the same e-mail in the members list. I don't want to put a "dummy" e-mail in the members list if a logged-on member is looking for another member's (who also happens to be a site administrator) e-mail address.

It is a limitatin we will address soon (~2-3 months tops). For now one workaround is to do this:

if member email is john.smith@hotmail.com, use john.smith+1@hotmail.com or something like that.

 Not too pretty but workable.
