    I seem to only get the HTML code and not a XML spreadsheet as in the directions? Can you please advise. I want to use the download as a template to upload the existing membership.

    Hmm... Never came across this happening...  Can you please describe in more details like "I do this, I click on this, this is what happens etc.."?

    What is your platform?

    Worst case we can at least download and email it to you, let us know.
