One possible reason might be a problem with domain settings at your registrar. www.wjasd.com does not currently point to your Wild Apricot site - and quite possibly your email settings on domain level are messed up to. Contact your registrar to check/fix. (you say 'when ever someone ... had a question' - I assume they used to email you, not do anything through Wild Apricot)
Also, check the settings for Member Applications workflow - you can change how email notices are sent when new members register (for free/paid memberships etc.)
