    Member Directory Issues

    There seems to be a serious flaw with the way the member directory is displayed.  People who have registered, but are not yet approved, are able to see it.  This is a huge problem as we often have people register that are not eligible for membership and are only looking for our member list, such as recruiters and other service providers.  The directory should not be viewable in it's extended "member" version until membership has been approved.

    Can you please re-check this and send full details to support ?

    Members which have not been approved are in Pending status - and those should not have access to Restricted access pages (see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Access+control+by+member+status) 

    I am assuming that your Member directory is in a restricted section so it should not be visible to new members until they are approved.
