1. We will release shortly a 'CSS overlay' feature which allows users to customize CSS directly. Ths feature will be available from $50 plans and up. We will be adding more customization capabilities in the next 6-8 weeks
We will be soon also adding more templates. (~1 month)
Finally, we can create a custom WA template which will match your existing design. This is a chargeable service, it cost ~$1000-1500. See at the bottom of http://www.wildapricot.com/web-page-templates.aspx

3. Not at the moment, but we have a member blog/discussion forum on our plan for Q2 where we are considering picture upload capability.
