2. I guess you need this for corporate/group memberships? We do not have this feature yet, but it is on our list for Q2.
3. yes. Both on member application and for events. Events: go into Event details, Edit, got registration form tab and drag-drop fields (or use arrows). Member application: go into Customize member database fields and drag-drop or use arrows there.
