Wild Apricot does not currently provide full/convenient invoicing and payment processing workflow.
Desired functionality
- Ability to generate and send invoices during self-service transactions
- Customize invoice layout, numbering
- Members self-service to view past invoices and reprint
- Admin function to view member invoices, print, re-send
- Admin function to search invoices by number
- Admin function to enter payments
- partial payments
- payments covering several invoices
- ability to specify payment type (check/cash etc.)
- entering adjustments (credit notes, refunds)
- member ability to view full balance and pay one amount
- Same ability for donors and event registrants
