Current behavior:
List of event registrants is only available to account administrators
Desired behavior:
Since
some people are motivated to register if they know that their friends
are already registered, we need the ability to show the list of people
who already registered to other users considering registering.
Notes:
1)
Privacy is an important consideration. Each registrant should be made
aware that his registration may be disclosed and should be able to
opt-out of this.
