Since we do not provide email hosting, what we recommend to our clients using their own domains is to redirect only website DNS records to us and keep email DNS pointed to whatever they were. Then specify their regular emails in settings.
For people using our domains, the only option now is to specify it in settings and we send emails with that address as the Reply-to address.
